This type of storage is focused on storing imported goods that have not been legalized and that will later be cleared for sale and distribution at the national level or will not be nationalized, but will be re-shipped or exported to another country. Our double qualification in the free regime as Industrial User of goods and services and Support User allows us to offer a comprehensive service.

Additionally, and thanks to our qualification, we can bring your merchandise on consignment and as you nationalize, you enter the cargo into your inventory, without affecting your accounting.

In Colombia, the importation of textiles is regulated, or it is done in advance or it is mobilized to this type of storage.

Some of the advantages of storing in a Free Trade Zone or In-Bond warehouse in Colombia are:

• Indefinite storage time, after 2 years of storage a prior license must be presented.
• Possibility of partial nationalization of the merchandise in an unlimited time.
• Increased cash flow since you can nationalize when you really need it.

To these warehouses we bring any type of merchandise except fabrics, manufactures and accessories unless an advance import declaration has been presented, the time to legalize the merchandise is 1 month + 1 month of extension and if the load has not been legalized in this time in addition to taxes, a ransom is paid.

In any of our warehouses the service is generated by month or fraction; Before removing the total load, you must be safe, keep in mind that, after more than six months without canceling the storage of your merchandise, and you have not reported, we inform you that destruction or use of said merchandise, since, by generating occupation of our warehouses without canceling their respective warehouses, you affect the normal development of our corporate purpose.
