Our sales team is responsible for opening new accounts through cold calling, attending trade shows, contacting databases, reactivating previously contacted or inactive clients, and following up with existing accounts to ensure business continuity. This team defines the "what" of your operation, listens to your needs, and advises you on what you require or the best options to achieve your goals.
Once commercial offers or quotes are approved, the client is asked to provide the necessary legal documentation for verification. If accepted, they are registered as CLM Cargo clients with the ports, shipping lines, airlines, customs, and other entities that require validation. Once a client has been accepted, the operations team manages the required service step by step. This team is responsible for the "HOW," coordinating services between the client and various suppliers worldwide in a coordinated and chronological manner, preventing delays or setbacks at any point in the logistics chain. Communication must be clear and concise. Once the operation is complete, the service is invoiced, and the traceability of the entire process is sent.
The accounting team sends account statements to clients for each transaction and manages payments to national and international clients and suppliers, thus finalizing the operation.
