Responsibilities:

  • Handling requests, gathering, and analyzing rates from suppliers, including shipping lines, consolidators, airlines, customs agencies, insurers, ground transportation companies, international freight forwarders, and others.


Requirements:

  • Degree in International Business or International Trade.
  • Proactive personality.
  • Strong skills in assertive communication.
  • Effective time management.
  • Over 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage.
  • English proficiency: spoken, written, and listening at 75% (B1-B2 level certified).


Basic Knowledge:

  • Incoterms.
  • Import/export processes and documentation.
  • Geography, including continents, countries, cities, ports, and airports.

Position:   OPERATIONS


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate assigned operations with shipping lines, consolidators, airlines, customs agencies, insurers, ground transportation companies, international freight forwarders, and others.


Requirements:

  • Degree in International Business or International Trade.
  • Proactive personality.
  • Strong skills in assertive communication.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Over 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage.
  • English proficiency: spoken, written, and listening at 75% (B1-B2 level certified).


Basic Knowledge:

  • Incoterms.
  • Import/export processes and documentation.
  • Geography, including continents, countries, cities, ports, and airports.

Position:   DIGITAL MARKETING


Responsibilities:

  • Edit content, including photos, videos, audio, podcasts, interviews, and more.
  • Distribute content across digital platforms and media: Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Creator Studio, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Maps (Google My Business), Spotify, Mixcloud.
  • Create and publish websites or blogs and update existing pages.


Requirements:

  • General knowledge of marketing and digital strategy.
  • Effective time management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Over 1 year of experience in graphic and video design/editing.


Basic Knowledge:

  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.), Canva, CapCut.
  • Editing photos, infographics, covers, descriptions, and videos.
